1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including employers, job seekers, and visitors to our platform.
2. Description of Services
Hireware provides an AI-powered hiring platform that offers:
- Candidate matching and recruitment tools
- Job posting and application management
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- AI-driven insights and analytics
- Communication tools between employers and candidates
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or information
- Attempt to circumvent our security measures
- Use our services for spam, harassment, or malicious activities
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our proprietary algorithms
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Hireware and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in our platform, including our AI algorithms, software, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.
6. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any laws or rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. AI and Automated Decision Making
Our platform uses AI to enhance hiring processes. While our algorithms are designed to be fair and unbiased, final hiring decisions remain with employers. We continuously monitor and improve our AI systems to prevent discrimination and ensure compliance with employment laws.
8. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hireware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Service Availability

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, but provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes through email or platform notifications. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
